TONE Command
The TONE Command can be used instead of the CON-
TRAST command to specify the print darkness for all
labels. The lightest printout is at tone level -99. The
darkest tone level is 200. The printer defaults to tone
level 0 on power up. Tone level settings remain in effect
for all printing tasks until changed. The TONE and CON-
TRAST commands
cannot
be used in combination with
one another.
Format:
{command} {level}
where:
{command}:
TONE
{level}:
select a value from -99→200.
Contrast to Tone level equivalents.
Contrast 0 = Tone 0 Contrast 1 = Tone 100
Contrast 2 = Tone 200 Contrast 3 = No equivalent
