4 • RVMC - Crystal™ Merchandiser Cooler Case - Joint Caulking Instructions
1. Apply two 1/4" to 3/8" wide beads of BUTYL SEALANT, at Ceiling,
Rear Wall, and Base, as shown with dashed lines. Apply to only one
(1) case at joint, not both cases, as excessive amounts of sealant
may squeeze out of joint.
2. After cases are joined and tightened, caulk the top and back exterior
seams, if possible, to further ensure there are no voids in the joint.
3. This process must be repeated at all case joints.
FOLLOWING THIS PROCEDURE IS CRITICAL FOR
SEALING JOINED CASES CORRECTLY!
