Tighten all nuts, bolts, spokes, and nipples, especially on radial spoke wheels. Apply Tri-Flow Lubricant (Teflon™-based) to all modular frame connections. Check and adjust the caster plate, adding spacer washers as needed to ensure proper alignment. Specifically, add spacer washers between the plastic saddle and the caster plate on the top of the left and right caster plates, as well as on the bottom right and left caster plate retaining bolts. Confirm that both front casters touch the ground simultaneously, adding spacers between the bottom bearing of the caster plate and fork stem nut if necessary.
