STEP 5:  GATE WINGS INTO THE GROUND

equivalent) as illustrated. Add water to
loosen the soil if necessary.
Use a block of wood
to protect the top of
the posts, and gently
hammer each gate wing
equally into the ground
until the bottom rails
are about 2” above the
ground.
