ASSEMBLY MANUAL
CAUTION! Follow the steps below during the assembly and use tools supplied with the product.
Prepare sufficient space for the assembly operation.
It is advisable to assemble the product with another person because of the weight of some elements.
STEP 1.
Fix the rear (2) and front base (3) to the main
frame (1) using hexagonal bolts (7), curved
washers (8), and hexagonal bolt nuts (9).
ATTENTION! Remove any plastic
or cardboard safety inserts before assembly.
STEP 2.
Fix the saddle (20) and a towel holder (42) to
the saddle guide (18) using locknuts (28) and
flat washers (27). Fix the guide (18) with the
saddle (20) to the saddle post (13).
Set the saddle to the right position and lock it
with the horizontal adjustment knob (14),
washer (15) and U-bracket for horizontal saddle
positioning (16).
Slide the post (13) with the saddle (18) into the
rear part of the main frame. Position the saddle
at the desired height and lock it with the
vertical adjustment knob (12).
Using the cross-head bolts (33 and 34), screw
the left and right saddle cover (19 L/R) to the
saddle post (13).
CAUTION! Do not exceed the maximum and
minimum height when adjusting saddle height.
CAUTION! Before using the device, make sure
the saddle is stable in the guide.
