The G2 won’t work : check the flow.
IF FLOW IS INSUFFICIENT :
•
Make sure the pre-filter and filter basket are clean.
• Make sure there are no impurities in the pump turbine.
• Make sure the suction hose is correctly connected.
IF THE FLOW IS SATISFACTORY :
•
Make sure the appliance suction is not blocked by debris.
The G2 does not clean all parts of the pool :
• To ensure that all parts of the pool are cleaned, reduce the filtration
system operating time. For example, 6 hours filtration in 3x2 hour
sessions will give better pool coverage than one filtration lasting
6 hours.
• Is the hose long enough ? Add more sections if necessary.
• Are all the inlet jets directed downwards ?
• Is the hose in perfect condition ? (see “Storage advice”).
The G2 jams on the steps :
• Have you fitted the bumper fin ?
The G2 often rises up the sides and above the water line :
• Reduce the flow by adjusting the manual adjustment valve.
• Move the hose weight to less than 50 cm from the end.
The G2 moves very slowly and air bubbles appear at the inlet :
• Make sure the whole system is watertight : between the appliance
and the hose, between all hose sections, between hose and valve
and between valve and skimmer.
