2.2.IMMERSINGTHECLEANER
Immersethecleanerinthewater(Diagram71)verticallyandmoveitslightlyinalldirections(72)sothatthe
airintherobotisexpelled.
Itisimperativethatthecleanersinkstothebottomandcomestorestwithoutinterventionfromyou.Spread
thecableoutoverthepool.Foroptimumoperationwerecommendthatyouplacethecaddywiththecontrol
boxmidwaydownthelengthofthepool.
2.3.ELECTRICALCONNECTION
x Placethecontrolboxatadistanceofatleast3.5metersfromthepool
edgeandawayfromdirectsunlight;itcaneitherbeplacedontheground
orattachedtothecaddy.
x Connect the cleaner cable to the control box (Diagram91&92) and
lockthe connectorby firmly tightening thering by turningit clockwise.
Makesuretheconnectorissufficientlypushedintoplace,ifthisisnotthe
caserepeatoperation(92).
x Connect the power cable. Only connect the control box to a power
outletprotectedbya30mAmaximumgroundfaultcircuitbreaker(ifin
doubt contact a qualified electrician). Ensure that the plug is
permanentlyandeasilyaccessible.

If you use an extension cable to connect your cleaner to the power supply, ensure the control box is
