The filter might be full or clogged, so try cleaning it with fresh water. If it's severely blocked, use an acid solution like spirit vinegar. Replace the filter if necessary. Also, check if the tires are worn and replace them if needed. Microscopic algae may be present, requiring shock chlorination and a slight reduction in pH, but remove the appliance during shock treatment. Finally, inspect the brushes for wear and replace them if necessary.
