HOW TO COOK RICE (COOKING PRE-WASHED RICE)
•Stirring the rice and water after it is in the Inner
Pan allows each grain of rice to mix with the
water.
The water becomes white when stirring due to the
rice starch, not from rice bran. If it appears too
thick, change the water and rinse the rice.
Cooking the rice in thick white water may cause
rice to scorch.
•Adjusting the water without stirring may cause the
finished rice to get hard or cause scorching.
Adjust water.
This illustration shows the Inner Pan of 1.8 liter.

Example: When you cook 6 cups of Pre-
Washed rice, add water into the Inner Pan
up to the scale 6 of white rice.
Select Pre-Washed rice by pressing the Pre-Washed
rice Key and choose the menu by pressing the Menu Key.
