To open the Outer Lid of your Zojirushi Rice Cooker, be sure to press the center of the Open Button. If you press the edge of the Open Button, the Outer Lid may be difficult to open.
Why can't I set the Timer on my Zojirushi NP-HCC10?
The Timer cannot be set immediately. Also, the clock is displayed in 24 h again. To complete setting the Timer, the START button must be pressed.
