PROCEDURE:
●Right rearview mirror, Hand guard
Using 5# inner hexagon socket remove bolt ⑴,remove the counterweight ⑵,remove the bolts ①,take off the
hand guard ⑶, rubber block⑷,rearview mirror ⑸,then take out the rubber sleeve ⑽.
Remove the threaded sleeve ⑺ with 6# inner hexagon socket. Screw the bolt ⑴ into the vibration absorbing
rod ⑻ with 5# inner hexagon socket, grasp the head of the bolt ⑴, pull it out, and remove the vibration
absorbing rod ⑻ and buffer rubber ⑼.
●Generation right hand switch
Find and press the snap indicated by arrow②,then take off the plug of the generation right hand switch.
Fix the main pump ⒀ of the front disc brake with one hand, and remove the bolt ⒂ with 5# inner hexagon
socket tool with the other hand, and remove the right auxiliary handle switch ⒁.
When assembling the auxiliary switch, first screw the bolt about 10 turns, align the triangle symbol of the
handle switch, tighten the upper bolt, and then tighten the bottom bolt.
●Remove the head part component first.
●The motorcycle should be fixed after horizontal support.
●Periodically check that the fluid level of the brake fluid is between 3/4 of the observation window.
●Do not flush the cup directly with high pressure water.
●The right handlebar refers to the switch to replace the throttle line.
●The joint between the front disc brake main pump and the half cover should be aligned with the right
hand to match the triangle on the switch.
