Why can't I make outgoing calls on my Zte Cell Phone?
If you cannot make outgoing calls on your Zte Cell Phone, it is possible that you have activated the Call barring feature. To disable it, touch the Home Key > > > Settings > Call Settings > Call Barring Settings.
