Recording a video
1. From the home screen,
tap .
2. Slide to open the
camcorder.
3. Aim the camera at the
subject and make any
necessary adjustments.
Number Function
1 Switch between the front and the back camera.
2 Turn on or off the ash (only available for the back camera).
3 Select color effect (only available for the back camera).
4 Change the camcorder settings.
5 View photos and videos you have taken.
6 Record a video.
7 Switch between the camera and camcorder.
Tip: You can pinch or spread on the screen or press the Volume keys to zoom
in or zoom out.
4. Tap to start recording.
5. Tap to stop recording.
Tip: While the recording is in progress, you can tap to save the frame as a
separate photo.
Adjusting video settings
Before recording a video, you can tap to open the following camcorder
setting options:
• Video quality: Set the quality for your video.
• Time lapse: Set the lapse time for recording video.
• White balance: Change white balance scenario or leave it at Auto.
• Geo-tag: Select whether to store the GPS location in your recorded videos.
• Silent camcorder: Enable this option if you want to capture silent
video clips.
• Restore defaults: Restore default camcorder settings.
Playing your music
From the home screen, tap > Music to play audio les stored on your
phone. Music supports a wide variety of audio formats, so it can play music
you purchase from online stores, music you copy from your CD collection, and
so on.
Viewing your music library
From the home screen, tap > Music and your music library is displayed. All
your audio les are cataloged according to the information stored in the les.
Tap the tabs at the top of the screen to view your music library organized
by Albums, Artists, Songs, Playlists, Folders, or Genres. You can also tap
RECENTLY PLAYED or FAVORITES to browse songs you recently played or you
have added as favorites.
Note: If an audio le is being played, its summary information is displayed at
the bottom of the music library screen. Tap to open the playback screen.
