protectiondevicegroundingtothehorizontalgroundingbar.
lInstallLevelClightningprotectiondeviceintheDCdistributioncabinetinthepower
supplysystemroom.Connecttheprotectiondevicegroundingtothehorizontal
groundingbar.
lInstallLevelDlightningprotectiondeviceintherectier.Connecttheprotectiondevice
groundingtothehorizontalgroundingbarthroughtheDCdistributioncabinet.

Takethefollowingconsiderationswhendesigningthelightningprotectiongroundingofthe
powersystemsinaRemoteOfce:
lLaytheACpowercableundergroundatadepthofmorethan15meters.
lSinceboththeACdistributioncardandDCdistributioncabinetareinsameequipment
room,thedistancebetweenLevelBlightningprotectiondeviceandLevelClightning
protectiondevicemustmeettherequirementsofdecouplingdistance.
lIftheprotectiongroundingcableisarrangedseparately,thedistancebetweenLevel
BlightningprotectiondeviceandLevelClightningprotectiondeviceintheDC
distributioncabinetshouldbemorethan5meters.
lIftheprotectiongroundingcableisarrangedinparallelwiththepowercable,the
distancebetweenLevelBlightningprotectiondeviceandLevelClightningprotection
deviceintheDCdistributioncabinetshouldbemorethan15meters.
lIftheconditiondoesnotmeettherequirements,installadecouplinginductance
(calculateby1.5µH/m)infrontofLevelClightningprotectiondevice.
lConnectLevelBlightningprotectiondeviceinstalledonACdistributioncardtothe
protectiongroundingbarintheequipmentroom.
lConnectLevelClightningprotectiondeviceinstalledonDCdistributioncabinettothe
