Cabinetinspectionincludesthefollowing:
lTheverticaldeviationofthecabinetsshouldnotexceed3mm.
lMakesurethatthefront,back,andsidedoorshavebeenassembled.
lMakesurethatallthescrewshavebeentightened.
lMakesurethatnopartsofthecabinetfallofforaredamaged.Connectingcables
shouldbeintact.
lPlacethecabinetcloselytothenextoneatthesamelevelwhentheyarearranged
sidebyside.
lPlaceallthecabinetssteadilyandneatlywithconsistentgapbetweenrows,both
ends,andeachpoint.
lKeepthecabinetcleanandfreeofdust.
CablingInspection
Cablinginspectionincludescablelayoutinspection,andpowercableandgroundingcable
inspection.
lCablelayoutinspectionincludesthefollowing:
àTheturningsofcablesmustbeevenandsmooth.Keepcurvesverticalor
horizontalinastraightline.
àBindtailbersinsidethecabinetneatlyandgently.Protecttailbersbetween
cabinetswithsleeves.
àInstallationpositionsofcablingchutesandtroughsmustmeetrequirementsof
theconstructiondrawings.Deviationfromlefttorightcannotexceed50mm.
