2. Is the MAC address of the device with issue a valid unicast MAC address?
Only unicast MAC addresses are listed on the Zyxel switch’s MAC address
table.
Examples of unicast MAC addresses:

l 2301.1234.1234
l A921.FFFF.FFFF
Where the second hex digit is either 1,3,5,7,9,B,D, or F.
