If your 3G Cardio Treadmill displays 'SPEED ERROR', try the following steps: First, turn off the power, wait 5 seconds, and then turn it back on. Press the 'START' button. If the error persists, check that both ends of the power cord are firmly secured. If you're using an extension cord or power strip, remove it and plug the treadmill directly into an outlet. Also, check the treadmill's belt tension; if it's too tight, loosen it slightly. Finally, check if the treadmill needs lubrication. If the belt runs for 10 seconds and the error reappears after checking these items, contact a service technician.
