What to do if the tank cannot be filled completely?
If in your case the level cannot reach 1023 or 4095 because you cannot fill the tank
completely because of how it is shaped, don’t worry about that. It is fine if your table ends
up looking like the following example although the range from 1 to 1023 was selected.
