Room status
This menu gives you an overview of all available rooms. You can view each room con-
figuration and take the action you want.
The overview contains the following statuses and settings. For more information on
the individual statuses and settings, see Chapter "Room configuration", page 141.
• Room status
• Cleaning status
• Name
• Wake-up call
• Notification
• Call charges
• Notifications
• Surcharge calculator
• Room ro room call
• Hotline
Menu
Press the Menu Foxkey.
Reception
Scroll to Reception and press the Select Foxkey.
Room status
Scroll to Room status and press the Select Foxkey.
➔An overview of all the rooms appears.

Actions when a room is vacant:
1. Select the room you want and press the Check-in Foxkey.
2. Type in the guest's name.
3. Configure the room as you want in room configuration.

1. Select the room you want and press the Check-out Foxkey.
2. Perform check-out.
