• Connect a garden hose to the connector located at the rear
of the boat on the jet pump support. Do not open water tap
at this time.
To ush, start engine and then immediately, open the water
tap.

AFTER USE
WARNING
When operating the engine while the boat is out of water, the
heat exchanger in the ride plate may become very hot. Avoid
any contact with ride plate as burns may occur.
NOTICE
Failure to perform proper care such as: boat rinsing,
exhaust system ushing and anti- corrosion
treatment among others, will result in damage to the
boat and its components.
Remove the boat from the water every day to prevent
growth of algae or other marine organisms.
The exhaust system should be ushed daily when boat is
used in salt or foul water.
Anticorrosion Treatment
To prevent corrosion, spray an appropriate corrosion
inhibitor (resistant to salty water) or equivalent anti-corro-
sion agent over all metallic components on the engine
compartment.
Apply Dielectric Grease, (resistant to salty water) on battery
posts and cable connectors.
Exhaust System Flushing
Flushing the exhaust system with fresh water is essential to
neutralize corroding eects of salt or other chemical
products present in water. It will help to remove sand, salt,
shells or other particles in water jackets and/or hoses.

NOTICE
Never ush a hot engine. Always start the engine before
opening the water tap. Open water tap immediately after
engine is started to prevent overheating.
