9. (1MVA phase modules only) Because of the
weight, it is recommended that two persons,
one on each side, lift a phase module off the
rails.
Moreover, make appropriate arrangements
when removing the upper phase modules.

(2- 4MVA INU phase modules) Fasten the
required number of bolt eyes to the phase mod-
ule:
- 3 bolt eyes for 2MVA INU phase modules
- 4 bolt eyes for 3-4MVA INU phase modules

(2- 4MVA INU phase modules) Connect the lift-
ing brackets to the bolt eyes and lift the phase
module using the hoist.
12.
(INU phase modules only) Remove the short-cir-
cuit links on the replacement phase module.
13. Put the new phase module back into the cabi-
net.
14. When reconnecting the optical fibers, pay
attention to connect them to their correspond-
ing receptacles (see arrows in the figure
below).
