2.6 Cooling system
The standard drive and the standard integrated transformer are each
equipped with fan units, whose number depends on the frame size.
2.6.1 Fan unit configurations
Optionally, the drive and the integrated trans-
former can have a redundant fan configuration,
ensuring full operation in the event of fan failure.
• ACS2000 drives with output power of 1 MVA are
associated with smaller fan units:
877 × 653 × 448 mm
• ACS2000 drives with output power of 2 to 4
MVA are associated with larger fan units:
957 × 764 × 486 mm
Fan units have slightly different dimen-
sions depending on the output power of
the drive; the design and technical fea-
tures are anyway the same.
