Make sure that there is no tension in
the winding cables. Tension in the
winding cables will cause damage to

Overview
The end-shield can be installed to both the large bottom contact and the bottom nut of the bushing. This
procedure describes installation on the bottom contact. For installation on the bottom nut, refer to Installation
of the small bottom contact in the transformer, page 29.
