38104, Overspeeding in Manual Mode
Specification
One or more axes have exceeded the maximum speed allowed in Automatic Mode.
Consequences
The system will enter the Standby State.
Possible causes
The robot could be moved manually during the Motors OFF state.
The error could also be caused by incorrect configuration of the external axis.
Recommended actions
1) Press the Motors ON button on the Teaching Panel.
2) Check for other errors that appeared at the same time.
3) Configure the outer axis motor correctly.
40210, The interrupt has been dequeued
Specification
All interrupts have been removed from the interrupt queue in one of the robot's Tasks.
Consequences
Traps connected to these interrupts will not be triggered.
Possible causes
-The program has been stopped
-The execution of a service routine or event can continue
-The program is executed in step mode.
40538, Maximum time exceeded
Specification
The programmed maximum waiting time has been exceeded.
50024, No smooth transition between program points
Specification
The transition between program points was made smoothly.
Possible causes:
- Time delay.
- Program points programmed too close to each other.
- Insufficient access to CPU time..
Recommended actions
- Reduce the number of movement instructions.
- Reduce speed, move points apart, use /CONC
- Increase the ipol_prefetch_time parameter.
50056, Collision
Specification
The friction in one of the robot's axes is greater than the declared friction at zero speed. The error
may have been caused by one of the axes being stuck or by a hardware failure.
Recommended actions
Check whether the arm is stuck in another object or machine.
Check the equipment.
50240, Torque exceeded
