Robotic station for packing FFS1 dispensers
GKN: normal system behavior related to a delay caused by the safety lock bolts or one or more
elements of the Automatic Stop Chain having opened a circuit. This may cause various errors. This
situation can only occur in Automatic Operation Mode. The Automatic Stop Chain is described in the
robot's documentation (Trouble Shooting Manual)
Recommended actions
1) Locate the open element and short it out.
2) If necessary, replace the components causing the error.
20212, Ambiguous Status of Permission Chains
Specification
Only one of the two Permission Chains has been closed.
Consequences
The system will enter the Standby State.
Possible causes
One or more elements of the Permission Chains may be damaged or incorrectly connected, causing
only one Permission Chain to be shorted. The Safety Chain (RUN CHAIN) is described in the Trouble
Shooting Manual, IRC5.
Recommended actions
1) Check cable connections.
2) Check other errors that occurred at the same time to locate the source of the error.
3) Make sure all buttons work properly.
4) Check all Emergency Stop buttons (for GKN – 7 pcs.)
5) If the buttons are found to be defective, replace them.
20224, Permission Button malfunction
Specification
Only one of the two Permission Button channels was opened.
Consequences
The system will enter the Standby State.
Possible causes
The Operator Panel Permission button has been damaged or was pressed incorrectly. The Operator
Panel (FlexPendant) and Enabling Device are described in the Trouble Shooting Manual, IRC5.
Recommended actions
1) Check the connection of the Operator Panel and Controller.
37001, Error in switching on the motors ON button
Specification
One of the motor switching contactors did not operate properly.
Consequences
The robot will remain stationary.
Possible causes
1) The contactor circuit has been opened.
2) The contactor has failed.
3) The motor ON button on the Operator Panel was pressed too suddenly.
Recommended actions
1) To continue operation: confirm the error, release the Motors On button on the Operator Panel,
press it again after approximately 1 second.
2) Check the security system wiring.
3) Check for other errors that appeared at the same time.
4) Check the system settings related to the Motors ON button.
