Robotic station for packing FFS1 dispensers
1. Visual and auditory check of the system operation - checking for smooth
operation of the robot, repeatability of the robot operation (correctness of
dispenser placement), occurrence of disturbing sounds or vibrations.
2. EMERGENCY STOP switches - checking whether the switches are not damaged
and installed in their place.
3. Covers – checking whether the covers are not damaged and are installed in
place.
4. Visually and auditorily inspect the system for signs of wear and tear in the
compressed air system.
5. Visually and auditorily inspect electrical and mechanical equipment for loose or
damaged components.
6. Checking whether the device is kept clean.
7. The mirrors of the reflective sensors in the system - especially the ejector mirrors
in the box feeders - are cleaned after the operator enters the feeder area.
8. Check the condition of the rubber coverings on the gripper legs.
9. Pressure control on the machine.
10.Checking the sensor settings for loose mountings.
Note: If you notice any irregularities
when the machine is operating, stop the machine
immediately and call a DUR technician.
● MONTHLY MAINTENANCE INSPECTION INCLUDES:
1. EMERGENCY STOP switches – visual inspection and functional test.
The location of the EMERGENCY STOP switches is located
SAFETY ELEMENTS MAP in the attachment.
