Robotic station for packing FFS1 dispensers
Before performing functional tests of the EMERGENCY STOP switches,
set the robot to MANUAL OPERATION MODE (Section 5.5).
2. Guards – checking the completeness, functionality and condition of all covers
and doors in the cell as well as the fence and doors of the feeder area.
Checking the functionality of all covers and doors involves checking the
correct assembly, the condition of the hinges, and the correct operation of the
safety pins installed on the service doors.
3. Service door locks – visual inspection and functional test.
4. Main and local switches - functional test.
5. Cables - visual check of the condition of electrical cables and visual and
auditory check of the condition of pneumatic cables:
- checking the insulation of wires,
- checking for breaks, bends and twists,
- checking the tightness of the pneumatic installation.
6. Grippers - inspection of gripping surfaces (grabbing paws with rubber bands)
and possible replacement of the pads on the gripping paws.
7. Inspection of the gripper geometry according to the instructions (Section 6.4).
8. Guide bands - visual inspection of the condition of guide bands in search of
mechanical damage or loose elements. You should also check the condition of
the mounting of the stands on which the guide bands are placed.
9. Inspection of the condition of air filters - clean or replace them if necessary.
10.Checking the position of the sensors for loose mountings and correct beam
hitting the given point in accordance with the instructions contained in section
6.5.
Note: If you notice any irregularities
when the machine is operating, stop the machine
immediately and call a DUR technician.
● REPLACING AIR FILTERS
There are 6 ventilation grills in the cell. Replacing 4 filters takes place
from the outside of the cell, while replacing the remaining 2 filters must
be done inside the cell.
