4.3 THREATS
The operation of a robotic dispenser packaging station poses the following
risks:
4.3.1. Danger of electric shock.
The system is powered by 3 x 400 V, 50 Hz.
4.3.2. Danger resulting from the movement of the robot
manipulator and gripper - possibility of crushing.
4.3.3. Danger resulting from the need for the staff to enter the

and maintenance purposes.
4.3.4. Thermal hazards - high operating temperature of engines.
4.4 COUNTERACTIONS TAKEN
4.4.1 To ensure protection against electric shock:
- basic and additional protection measures (zeroing),
- design solutions ensuring compliance with standard
requirements.
Be especially careful when working on electrical
installations. Lack of care
and caution may lead to serious danger or even
death.
