Robotic station for packing FFS1 dispensers
This chapter discusses the tasks of supervisory and operating staff of the
robotic dispenser packaging station, aimed at ensuring its correct and safe
operation.
5.1 PREPARING THE SYSTEM FOR WORK

Before switching on the robotic dispenser
packaging station to automatic operation, check
whether the following requirements are met:
The compressed air supply valve
should be open.
The working pressure is set to 6 bar
using the knob on the reducer.
The station equipment, including the
manipulator and the robot control
system cabinet, must be kept clean
and regularly cleaned of dust with a
cloth.
Attention:Do not use solvents for
cleaning as they may destroy seals
and bearings.
Operator panels should have all
buttons in working order.
Check the correct installation of the
buttons and their functionality (e.g.
whether the emergency stop buttons
