Robotic station for packing FFS1 dispensers
- COMPLETE Button used to complete production. After pressing the button in
automatic mode, the station will perform the programmed number of cycles and
stop.
- DRAIN A button used to clean the line after production is completed. After
using picking and stopping the robot and the FFS1 machine, the operator can
automatically clean the line using the OUT function. Once the machine has been
reset, the button will become active. To clean the line, the operator presses and
holds the DRAIN button. This opens the LINE EMPTYING actuator and starts the
conveyors. Dispensers remaining on the transporters will go to boxes located in
the robot cell. Once drainage is complete, it is the operator’s duty to check
whether there is no dispenser left on the conveyors.

emergency switches and the closing status of covers service doors.
- EMERGENCY STOP button status indicator (OFF plug pressed, ON plug
pressed)
- door locking status indicator light (green - door closed and locked, red - door
unlocked or open)
