5.3 STARTING THE SYSTEM
When starting the machine in automatic mode, perform the
following steps:
step 1 - making sure that no one or any unwanted object is in the
fenced robot work zone (Zone 2) and in the feeder zone (Zone 1)
step 2 visual inspection of the entire installation (detection of
major irregularities)
step 3 preparing the system for operation(section 5.1 of the
manual)
step 4 - checking the activation of the safety loop, pressed safety
mushrooms (checking error information - HMI window)
step 5 checking the closing and locking of the service door
(checking error information HMI window)
step 6 starting the automatic operation mode(section 5.4 of the
manual)
In case of non-fulfillment of step 4 (pressing the safety plugs), follow the instructions
below:

Check that all
EMERGENCY
STOP buttons
are pressed.
If any of the emergency stops is
pressed, the HMI panel informs
about it. Check that all
emergency feet are pressed out
- press out pressed.
If any are pressed, you should
pull them away by turning them
slightly
clockwise
clock.
Error reset on
the HMI panel
Press the CLEAR ERRORS
button on the HMI screen or press
the RESET button on the HMI
panel.
Confirm the
error has been
cleared.
Press and hold the RESET button
on the HMI cabinet for approx. 1
second.
