5.5 MANUAL MODE
In manual mode, the operator can manually move the IRB 360 robot.
The procedure for switching the robot to manual operation mode is presented
below:

The key is in the MANUAL
position - make sure the
"ROBOT MOTORS" button is
flashing.
To return to automatic operation mode, please follow section 5.4 of the manual.
5.6 MANUAL PACKING MODE
Step 1: If the machine is in automatic mode, stop the machine by pressing the
STOP button.
Step 2: Switch the robot operation mode to manual mode according to the
instructions (Chapter 5.5).
Step 3: Use the ENTRY REQUEST switch to unlock the service door.
Step 4: Enter the cell using the doors on both sides 1, 2 and 3, 4.
Step 5: Turn on the light in the cell. Set the switch on the lamp to position I.
Step 6: Manually move the robot and set it in a position that allows manual
packing of dispensers.
