What to do if control test not within the acceptable range for Accu-Chek ACTIVE?

If the control test result on your Accu-Chek Blood Glucose Meter is not within the acceptable range, first, replace any expired solutions or test strips, or any solution opened more than three months ago. If that doesn't work, try recoding the meter. Repeat the test in the appropriate temperature range and with a new test strip. If the result is still out of range, contact ACCU-CHEK Customer Care Service Center at 1-800-858-8072.
