7. Tilt the inverter board (1) then lift it from its bracket (2).
Note: A circuit board that is > 10cm

has been highlighted with a yellow rectangle as above image
shows. Please detach the circuit board and follow local regulations for disposal.
Removing the Optical Disc Drive
1. Remove the LCD assembly by following the procedure described on page 31.
2. Disconnect the ODD power and data cables from the mainboard (1), then the ODD SATA cable from the
ODD assembly (2).
