3.2.Open the device managerand confirm the USB drivers is OK. First make sure the tool has connected the PC,
And second make sure there is a item “USB Serial Port”in the Device Manager.
4. Update the software.
4.1 If you don’t use it before you need Double-click to install ISP program.
4.2 Double click icon and run ISP tool
