Removing the CPU
1. See “Removing the CPU” on page 84.
2. Unlock the CPU by pressing down on the locking latch and moving it out and away from the CPU.
3. Lift the CPU out of the package.
CAUTION: Avoid any contact with a thermal pad or thermal grease.
