Horizontal direction
Rotate the shafts to the 3 or 9 o’clock position
to adjust in the horizontal direction. The angle
guide helps you to reach the right position.
Adjust the machine horizontally until the
values for both angular and parallel alignment
are within tolerance. The arrows by the feet
show in which direction the machine should
be moved.
Check and re-measure
Rotate the shafts back to the 12 or 6 o’clock
position and check that the machine is still
within tolerance.
Alignment is now completed. To confirm the
result, re-do the measurement.
