ADL400 能统计上 90 日的历史电能（各费率电能）。
历史电能只能通过块读取，长度为 120 个字节(60 个寄存器)，每块的顺序和内容如下：
ADL400 can achieve the history energy statistic in last 48 months and last 90days. (Each
tariff rate of energy can be recorded.)The history energy record can only be read by assemblage
