Troubleshooting Table
The following table lists basic problems that can occur, along with
their solutions. For other problems, contact your service provider.
Service Dates
After WR3 installation, you need to return for a follow-up
appointment. Service appointments are then scheduled at regular
intervals. See your compliance guide for the interval dates.
The service appointments are for verifying interlock accuracy and
downloading the log of breath tests.
If WR3... You should...
Will not turn on Check the vehicle battery
Displays an error code Refer to the table of errors
Displays an early or immediate recall Contact your service provider
Aborts a breath test Retry the test, or investigate the Abort
code
Is in permanent lockout Contact your service provider
Requires service Contact your service provider
