Body fat percentage refers to the percentage of fat in the body. Men and women
have a dierent distribution of body fat so it is normal for body fat percentage to
vary based on gender. Refer to the table below for the normal ranges for body fat
percentage as a percentage of total body weight for reference.
Visceral fat refers to a measure of visceral fat in the body. Visceral fat is found
in the abdomen and surrounding the vital organs. Refer to the table below for
reference.
Subcutaneous fat percentage refers to a measure of subcutaneous fat in the body.
Subcutaneous fat is stored just below the skin.
Fat free body weight refers to the total weight of the body minus the weight of the
body’s fat.
