The ascender switches o when newly recharged
The grab on the rope is poor, the rope slips
Ascender operates at very low speed
The lifting capacity is notably weak
PROBABLE CAUSE REMEDY
The charging process is incomplete
due to oxidation on the pins.
Clean the pins according to manual and recharge the battery.
The charger is broken/damaged.
Repair/replace the charger, contact ActSafe
or an approved distributor.
The battery is too cold. Let the ascender heat up by operating with load at low speed.
The battery is at.
