If you forget the security code
entered, or someone else enters a
security code unknown to you, you
must contact an OnStar advisor to
reset the code. Press the OnStar
button, or call (888) 4-ONSTAR.
You must prepurchase units
(minutes) of cellular air time. The
OnStar system tracks how many
units you have remaining.
OnStar will respond with ‘‘Security
is ON/OFF.’’
To find out how many units you have
remaining, do this:
Press the white phone button.
OnStar will respond with ‘‘OnStar
ready.’’
Say ‘‘Units.’’
OnStar will respond with ‘‘Verify
or add.’’
Say ‘‘Verify.’’
OnStar will respond with ‘‘You
have number units remaining.’’
To purchase more
units of cellular air time, do this:
Press the white phone button.
OnStar will respond with ‘‘OnStar
ready.’’
Say ‘‘Units.’’
OnStar will respond with ‘‘Verify
or add.’’
Say ‘‘Add.’’
OnStar will connect you to an
automated system to handle your
purchase.
It is also possible to press the
Onstar button and talk to an
advisor to purchase more air time.

web site, www.onstar.com.
