With A Jumper Wire

Check for continuity between ECM/PC
M connector terminal B1 and body ground.
Is there continuity?
YES:
Go to step 23 .
NO:
Repair open in the wire between the ECM/
PCM (B1) and the VTC oil control solenoid
valve, then

o to step 16 .
