4. PERFORMANCE TEST
This chapter describes the procedures used to check whether the sensors (82311B, 82312B, 82313B, 82314B,
82314BW, 82321B, 82322B, 82323B, and 82324B) operate correctly within the specified accuracies.
4.1 Measuring Instruments and Other Equipment Required
to Check the Performance of the Optical Sensor
To calibrate the optical sensors, the light source, optical fiber, standard optical power meter, all of which meet
the specifications described below, as well as a measuring environment with little or no vibration, at a tem-
perature of +23 C 5 C, and a temperature change of 1 C are required.
