19 Channel Mode:
When Channels 1-16 are being used, Channel 19 will control Strobing.
When Channel 18 is being used between the values of 10-209, Channel 19 will control the
speed of the color change and color fade programs.
When Channel 18 is being used between the values of 210-255, Channel 19 will control the
sound sensitivity.
