Description
The Digital receiver DVB-S2/HD 4546 is operated
with a voltage of 100–240 V. It is a DVB-S receiver.
"DVB-S" stands for the international "Digital Video
Broadcasting – Satellite" standard and indicates TV
and radio that are broadcast over satellite.
“HD” stands for “high definition” and indicates the
standard for high-definition digital TV. With this
receiver you can receive only free HD programs.
You can find out which programs are free
(unencoded) by checking the websites of their
respective satellites (e.g., www.astra.de).
DVB-S lets you receive digital programming through
an installed satellite antenna.
The receiver comes with a preset ASTRA list.
You can receive satellite-broadcast digital TV and
radio programs as soon as you have connected the
receiver to a satellite antenna.
Almost all of the receiver's functions can be control-
led using the remote control.
All receiver settings can be easily carried out via the
user interface on the TV screen. The user interface
provides help in various languages.
