0 Important: The carpet should not be walked upon while it is still damp.
0 Caution: If the carpet has been shampooed at an earlier point in time,
foam may collect in the dust container during cleaning and leak out of
the air outlet.
If this happens switch off the appliance and empty the dust container.
In order to avoid additional build-up of foam, a cup of vinegar can be
poured into the dust container.
Spray vacuum cleaning of hard flooring
When cleaning hard flooring the cleaning fluid is sprayed onto the
carpet via the spray suction nozzle for carpet plus the hard flooring
adapter and is vacuumed up together with the released dirt in the same
step.
Spray vacuum cleaning of upholstery
This cleaning procedure is the same as for spray vacuum cleaning of
carpets. Ensure that not too much cleaning fluid is sprayed onto the
upholstery as longer drying time may be required according to the
cushion stock.
Regulating the suction power
0 Always hold the slider for regulating the suction
power closed to ensure that the fluid is
vacuumed up on the full suction power setting.
After spray vacuum cleaning
0 Press the rocker switch in the direction of the flooring nozzle symbol
” ”, turn the rotary switch to ”0” and disconnect the power plug.
Detach the pressure hose from the motor head by actuating the quick
disconnect coupler’s release button.
Twist the vacuuming hose to remove it from the dust container.
Detach the motor head from the dust container and remove the
detergent tank. Unused cleaning fluid can be poured into a suitable
container for storage.
Empty the dust container and thoroughly rinse it and the detergent
tank.
The cleaning fluid can be disposed of as for normal household cleaner.
