(CSA#).Thiswillensurethatwhenyourinstrumentarrives,itwillbetrackedandpro-
cessedpromptly.PleasewritetheCSA#ontheoutsideoftheshippingcontainer.If
the instrument is returned for calibration, we need to know if you want a standard
calibration,oracalibration traceable toN.I.S.T. (Includescalibration certicate plus
recordedcalibrationdata).
