WARNING! The stand can only be cleaned with a dry cloth or napkin. Do not
wash the device and its accessories in the dishwasher.
3.2 Cleaning the inside of the device
NOTE. Use only purified water to reduce limescale build-up.
When using the electric kettle regularly (3–5 times a day), the frequency of
descaling the inner surface of the device depends on the hardness of the water
used:
 if the water is hard or very hard, cleaning is recommended once a month;
 if the water is of medium hardness or soft, cleaning is recommended once
every 2–3 months.
