Returns the following 4 values:
Frequency (Hz)
Frequency error (when set to Manual tune mode, 0 in Auto Tuning Mode)
Ratio Reference Frequency (Hz) (–999 in Normal mode, depends on Display Mode setting)
Frequency Ratio (–999 in Normal mode, Ratio: dB or % depending on Ratio Mode setting)
NOTE If you are using the ASCII data output format, you will not get the same number of
significant digits in the returned value as shown on the display. You must select one
of the binary block data formats. (See FORMat:TRACe:DATA)
